As dietas veganas e vegetarianas precisam ser muito bem planejadas pois alguns nutrientes são difíceis ou impossíveis de obter em quantidades adequadas apenas com alimentos vegetais. Por isso é muito importante conhecê-los e complementar sua dieta para manter a saúde ou o desempenho físico.
